Edradynate’s cascading burns, terraces, formal gardens and beautifully laid lawns make this a delightful location for holidaying. The house is ideal for large groups and can accommodate up to a maximum of 17 people (16 adults). It has been comprehensively and sympathetically refurbished, retaining its charm while benefiting from some modern touches. With a warm and sporting feel, furnishings are classically comfortable and inviting, with large rooms, antiques, artwork and evidence of its sporting heritage proudly adorning the walls.
The Layout
The large reception rooms have open fires with stunning uninterrupted views across the grounds. The house boasts a billiard room with full sized billiard table, playroom with large TV, Sky, a piano and table tennis, great to keep everyone entertained. Ideally equipped, it has 9 bedrooms (8 ensuite), a large kitchen, breakfast room, formal dining room, drawing room, conservatory, laundry room, gun room and study. WiFi is available throughout the house along with a wireless printer.

Ground Floor
Entrance hall, spacious drawing room, formal dining room that seats up to 16, large kitchen, breakfast room, sitting room with large flat-screen TV & Sky package, bar, study, billiard room leading to conservatory, laundry, playroom, table tennis room, gun room and WC.
First Floor
There are 5 double bedrooms, 3 twin bedrooms, and I single bedroom, seven of which are ensuite. Five of the ensuite bathrooms have shower cubicles.

Catering at Edradynate is available on a self catering or catered basis. The catered option is arranged by the house chef and is at an additional charge which will quoted for you based on number of guests, dietary requirements and duration of stay. Additional Information
Good Housekeeping Deposit
A refundable good housekeeping deposit (GHD) of £500 is required in the form of a pre-authorised credit or debit card payment.
Pets
Unfortunately Edradynate does not accommodate dogs/pets.
